Planting & Design FAQ
01.Do you design the landscaping as well as install it?+−
Yes. For any install project, we sketch new beds, plant selection, and layout in plain language — no inflated design fees when you install with us. We want you to understand and approve every plant and placement before we dig.
02.What warranty do you offer on plants?+−
We offer a two-year warranty on any plant material we install. If a plant fails through normal conditions in the first two years, we'll replace it. We use quality nursery stock and plant it correctly the first time.
03.Do you work with native plants?+−
Yes, and we encourage it when it fits the look you want. Native plants are lower maintenance, better for local wildlife, and better adapted to Pennsylvania's climate. We'll recommend native options and explain the tradeoffs on any project.
04.What's the difference between planting and a full landscape design?+−
Planting means adding specific plants you've already chosen to a bed. A full landscape design means we assess your space, recommend a complete plant and layout plan, and install it as a coordinated project. Both are available — we'll recommend the right level of service after walking your property.
