Getting Started
01.How do I get an estimate?+−
Call or text Zach at 610-334-6702, email info@preciseoutdoorservicesllc.com, or fill out the estimate form on our website. We'll schedule a free on-site walkthrough — no pressure, no commitment required.
02.How soon can you start?+−
For mowing, we can usually begin within the week. For landscaping, tree work, and hardscape projects, spring and summer book fast — reach out early to lock in your preferred start date.
03.What areas do you service?+−
We serve Berks County, Pennsylvania — including Sinking Spring, Wyomissing, Leesport, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Exeter Township, Mohnton, Kenhorst, Shillington, Adamstown, and surrounding areas. Text 610-334-6702 if you're unsure about your zip.

Scheduling & Service
01.Do you work with residential and commercial properties?+−
Yes. We care for private homes, rental properties, and small commercial sites. Snow removal contracts in particular are available for both residential driveways and commercial parking lots.
02.What happens if I need to reschedule?+−
Just call or text us at least 24 hours ahead and we'll move your visit. We understand life changes — we just ask for reasonable notice so we can adjust the route.
03.Are you available year-round?+−
Yes. Lawn care and landscaping run spring through fall, and snow removal covers winter. We also handle fall cleanups and pre-season prep as the calendar turns — one company, four seasons.
04.What are your hours?+−
Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Closed Sundays. For snow removal, we mobilize before your commute starts — regardless of the hour.

Pricing & Payments
01.Are estimates really free?+−
Yes, always. We visit the property, walk it with you, and provide a written itemized quote — no fee, no obligation.
02.What discounts are available?+−
We proudly offer a veterans discount year-round for active duty and veterans, with ID. Call or text for current new-client specials.
03.How does your pricing work?+−
All estimates are fixed-price and itemized before any work begins. The number you approve is the number you pay — no surprise charges or 'while we're here' add-ons on the invoice.

Lawn Mowing
01.What's included in a standard mowing visit?+−
Every visit includes straight-line cutting at the right height for your grass type, hand trimming along all foundation lines, fence lines, and bed edges, and blowing down all hardscapes before we leave. We use sharp blades — swapped multiple times per season.
02.Do you offer aeration and overseeding?+−
Yes. Core aeration and overseeding in early fall is one of the best investments a lawn can get — it relieves compaction and thickens the turf before winter. We schedule these in the late summer/early fall window.
03.Can you handle large properties?+−
Yes. Crews typically spend 30–45 minutes on an average residential lot. For larger properties, we walk the site before pricing to make sure the quote is accurate.
—
Tree Trimming & Removal
01.How do I know if my tree needs trimming or full removal?+−
We assess the tree's structure, health, and risk level during a free on-site visit. Many trees that look concerning can be saved with proper pruning. We'll give you an honest recommendation — we won't push removal when trimming is the right answer.
02.Do you clean up all the debris after tree work?+−
Yes. All cut material is chipped on-site and hauled off the property. We don't leave brush piles or debris behind. The job isn't done until the yard looks better than when we arrived.
03.Is stump grinding included with tree removal?+−
Stump grinding is a separate service and can be added to any removal job. We recommend it — stumps left in place can regrow, attract pests, and become a tripping hazard over time.
—
Mulching & Sod Installation
01.How deep should mulch be applied?+−
The correct depth is 2 to 3 inches. We never pile mulch against tree trunks or shrub stems — a common mistake that causes long-term damage.
02.When is the best time to install sod?+−
Spring and early fall are ideal in Pennsylvania — temperatures are moderate and root establishment is fastest. We include a written watering schedule with every install so the sod takes hold correctly.
03.What's the difference between sod and seeding?+−
Sod gives you an instant established lawn ready to use in a few weeks. Seeding is cheaper but takes a full growing season to fill in. We'll recommend the right approach based on your timeline and budget.

Planting, Design & Hardscaping
01.Do you design as well as install?+−
Yes. For landscaping, we sketch new beds, plant selection, and layout in plain language — no inflated design fees when you install with us. For hardscape, we do a paint-and-string layout mockup on the ground before any digging starts.
02.What warranty do you offer on plants and hardscape?+−
We offer a two-year warranty on any plant material we install. For structural hardscape — patios, walls, steps — we offer a lifetime workmanship warranty. If it moves, sinks, or fails, we come back and make it right.
03.Do you handle drainage issues?+−
Yes. Standing water, downspout runoff, and low spots are something we specifically look for on every site walk. We install French drains, downspout extensions, and regrade where needed — often as part of a larger hardscape or landscape project.
—
Snow Removal
01.What's the difference between a seasonal contract and per-event service?+−
A seasonal contract covers all qualifying storms under one fixed rate — no surprises, no scramble. Per-event service means you pay only when it snows, with a trigger depth set in your agreement. Both options are available for residential and small commercial properties.
02.When do you show up for snow removal?+−
We mobilize based on storm timing so your driveway and walks are cleared before your morning commute. We send a text update the night before and morning of major storms so you always know the status.
03.Are you fully insured for snow removal?+−
Yes. We carry separate winter coverage specifically for snow-removal liability — both residential and commercial. Certificate of insurance is available on request before the season starts.
