Common questions

Hardscaping FAQ

01.What materials do you work with for patios and walkways?+
We work with concrete pavers, natural stone (bluestone, flagstone), and segmental block for walls. We'll walk through the options with you and recommend what fits your style, budget, and the specific conditions of your site.
02.What warranty do you offer on hardscape work?+
We offer a lifetime workmanship warranty on all structural hardscape — patios, walls, walkways, and steps. If it settles, shifts, or fails due to our installation, we come back and make it right.
03.Do you handle drainage problems as part of a hardscape project?+
Yes, and we look for them proactively on every site walk. Standing water, downspout runoff, and poor grading get addressed before we build on top of them. We install French drains, downspout extensions, and regrade where needed as part of the project.
04.How long does a patio installation take?+
Most residential patio projects take two to five days depending on size and complexity. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the estimate — same crew from start to finish, no subcontracting.
